About us


Assess Plus is an independent human resources consultancy.  We partner with our clients to assist them to improve business performance through the use of reliable and valid selection methods such as psychometric assessments, work related activities and assessment centres and help to develop staff through training, performance management and coaching.  We are not suppliers of any off-the­-shelf assessment tools and as such, we are not aligned to a particular tool or approach and have the flexibility to ensure we offer the best products and services that meet our clients’ specific needs.  Our team of Psychologists and Human Resources professionals have extensive and broad experience in people and change management and have assisted businesses to successfully select, develop, engage and retain talent.

  • Design and delivery of an assessment centre for a large-scale recruitment campaign for a customer service role.  This project included the development of parallel versions of a customer service role-play
  • Design and delivery of an assessment centre for a senior specialist role
  • Design and administration of business simulations for an analytical business restructure.  This project included the development of both generic and role specific analytical work sample tasks
  • Use of a personality questionnaire and ability tests to assess candidate suitability for Executive, Director and General Manager roles as part of a financial services agency restructure
